Mara Leisure Camp is a mid-range accommodation (3-star) found in the northern boundary of Masai mara national park Kenya’s prime wildlife area along Talek river. The lodge is situated inside the park and considered to be one of the larger camps in the area. The camp is convenient and in the perfect stunning base that offers a spectacular views over Masai Mara national park and Talek River .You can be at the camp by road transport from Nairobi city taking about 4-5 hours’ drive and an hour flying from Nairobi to the close Kekeerok airstrip then 30 minutes to be transferred to the lodge. Mara leisure camp consists of 25 elegant and comfortable en-suite cottages/tents of which 9 are jumo tents , 13 Nyati tents and 3 Jamii cottages reflecting Kenyan traditional building style with natural materials of local woods and stones . Rooms are well decorated , elevated with raised platform and furnished with private en-suite facilities like flushing toilets, hot and cold showers/Bathtubs , mosquito nets, toiletries , satellites, Flat screen TVs , extinguishers, hair driers , private balconies and sitting areas ,you relax while enjoying the Panoramic view of Maasai mara park, wildlife visiting the camp and surrounding area . Rooms are equipped with comfortable clean beddings containing king and queen sized beds with ceiling fans. There are bonfires in the room that provides warmth to visitors during cold nights. The camp offers tents suitable for family as well as individuals ; single ,double, twin ,family rooms and triple rooms.
