Mara Eden Safari Camp is a boutique safari camp situated along the Mara River in the Masai Mara Game Reserve. 14 luxury tents sit in a tranquil setting, all offering guests wonderful views from a private deck. The main area comprises a dining tent, sitting area and inviting pool from which hippos wallowing in the Mara River can be seen as guests relax in between game drives.Â
Bush meals under the night sky are a treat and taking a walk up to ‘Sundowner Rock’ is the perfect way to watch the sun go down over the plains of the Masai Mara.
Mara Eden Safari Camp is located in the center of the Masai Mara, a four and a half hour drive from Nairobi. The nearest airstrip is Ol Kiombo which is approximately seven miles from the camp. The camp is situated along the banks of the Mara River, offering amazing views to guests staying at the camp.
The 14 rooms at Mara Eden Safari Camp are spacious and tastefully decorated in browns and creams with colorful mats on the floor and Kenyan-themed artwork on the canvas walls. The rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, complimentary WiFi and a safe. Ensuite bathrooms have a hot-water shower, sink and toilet. Bedding can be double, twin or king. Views over the Mara River can be enjoyed from the sitting area set up just outside the entrance of the private tent.
