🗓️ Day 1: Marangu Gate (1,870m) to Mandara Hut (2,700m)

After breakfast in Moshi or Arusha, we transfer to Marangu Gate, complete registration, and begin your trek through the lush rainforest. Arrive at Mandara Hut in 4–5 hours. Short walk to Maundi Crater if time allows.
